Kids Physical Exam

Under the Child Health and Disability Program, subsidized by the state of California, UCFMC offers complete annual health assessments for the early detection and prevention of disease and disabilities for low-income children and youth. A check up at our office consists of a gathering a complete health history, physical examination, developmental assessment, nutritional assessment, dental assessment. We provide in-office vision and hearing tests, tuberculin tests (TB test), laboratory blood draws/tests and immunizations. Our clinicians health education/anticipatory guidance, and referral for any needed diagnosis and treatment.
